Sec. Duncan details plans laid out by the Obama administration for HBCUs. 98 million dollars will be distributed to historically Black colleges and universities. Pell grants available to HBCU students will almost double from 500 to 900 million dollars.

Very powerful film! The cast touched many subjects that affect our society and culture in ways that should open the eyes of the community and encourage those in positions to give of themselves. We must take on the responsibilty to lead our children down the path of success and continue to find ways to detour them from destruction.
