    Well with all do respect it is the fact that felons suffer from job discrimination, that increase the recidivism rate in this country. What does the government expect from a felon that has a family, to live off of $300 a week driving a cab?

    Non-violent felons need to be given a chance to earn good money, otherwise they're just going to end up back in jail.
