At the top of our agenda this week, the unemployment rate for African-Americans falls, but it’s still nearly twice that of Whites. What more can be done? A black politician in the South runs away from Black support and gets clobbered. The President made his third trip to the Gulf this week. Is he doing enough?

Head of the Environmental Protection Agency, Lisa Jackson, reports from Louisiana on cleanup efforts and the next steps in the BP oil disaster.

New employment numbers came out Friday showing the economy continues to recover and continues to add jobs at a pretty healthy pace. There were 233,000 private-sector jobs created in February.
