Congressman Emanuel Cleaver Talks BP Oil Hearings, Oil Drill Ban and Energy Legislation

President Barack Obama this week got BP to put up $20 billion in an escrow account to help those struggling from the Gulf Coast oil disaster, but Congress got to question BP and the other oil companies in hearings on Capitol Hill. One of the men during the questioning, Congressman Emanuel Cleaver, joined Roland Martin on Washington Watch from his home district in Kansas City, Missouri.

New employment numbers came out Friday showing the economy continues to recover and continues to add jobs at a pretty healthy pace. There were 233,000 private-sector jobs created in February.
