Gunshots Lead To Standoff In Seattle

Four people were taken away in handcuffs and police were using a bullhorn to communicate with one or more people inside a Seattle, Washington, apartment after shots were fired from the balcony, KIRO reported.
Police in Seattle, Washington, were hunting for a man who reportedly fired shots Thursday from an apartment building’s balcony, CNN affiliate KIRO-TV reported.
Police closed off streets in the area, the man has left the balcony and no one has been shot, KIRO reported.
A witness told KIRO there were four shots, a pause and then four more shots.
