
Roland Martin talks with Joe Sestak who is running for US Senate in the state of Pennsylvania. During the interview Sestak explained what he intends to do if he is elected to the US Senate.
Sestak said, “Down here in Philadelphia, we have communities, that we have only 28% of our African-American males graduating from high school, somethings wrong.” He also explained that he intends to become a friend of the community, make sure everyone gets a fair opportunity and make sure that America is a much more prosperous economy and nation.
In speaking about the November 2nd elections and the change that then Sen. Obama talked about, Sestak said “… you don’t vote once for change, you fight for change.”
Sestak told Roland that we are now in an economic arms race and “we got to get everyone with the right health security, education security, economic security because national security truly begins at home …”
