The Black community in America is in an accelerated path towards self-destruction, a state of imploding or deterioration beyond crisis..Currently, Black babies(fetuses) are aborted in this country at a daily rate of over 1400..Although African Americans represent only slightly over 13% of America’s population, they account for 37% of the abortions performed in this country..The abortion rate of African American women that get pregnant is 3 out of 5; three out of five Black women, who get pregnant, will abort their babies! More Black Americans are dying than are born..The Black community is an endangered, they are becoming scarce under severe environmental conditions..
African American males represent 6% of America’s population, while representing 35% of the special education children and nearly 50% of the jail and prison inmates..Black youth are dropping out of high school at a rate of 53%..A great percentage of these Black non-mainstream, inner-city students, are functionally illiterate, functioning at a peak of 4.9 grade level achievement rate in reading and writing..
Traditionally, in this country education has been the means or pathway for upward mobility for African Americans.. That no longer holds true for a great deal of the Black community..The Black family is indeed, in a destructive mode!

One out of every three Black males, ages 18 to 29 are in penal institutions..Currently, the Black community has an adult illiteracy rate of over 44%..Between 1981 and 2000, 9.6 Black children have lost their lives to abortion..Black-on-Black homicides have increased substantially since 1980; the suicide rate of young Black men and boys has increased 105% between 1980 and 1995..Black marriages and Black male-female relationships are in crisis..The rates of marriage in the Black community have declined drastically, while rates of divorce, separation, cohabitation, and out-of-wedlock births have conversely increased..Children residing in single, female-headed households are currently estimated at over 70%..Sixty percent of all children in the Black community are fatherless and without a Black role model in the home..The majority of these children are raised by their mothers or grandmothers, or reared by themselves..This family make-up, in general, is highly dysfunctional and chaotic..These conditions are unacceptable and must be dealt with through effective interventions ( “Between the Rhetoric and Reality” Lauriat Press;Simpkins&Simpkins,2009.pp-132-133)..

ROLAND S. MARTIN: Football Power In Texas Has Shifted To Houston

By Roland S. Martin Editor-in-Chief RolandMartinReports.com I hate the Dallas Cowboys. No, I don’t dislike them. I flat out cannot stand anything about the Dallas Cowboys. The year they went 1-15, I was ticked they won that one game. When they played in those three Super Bowls in the ’90s, I rooted hard for the opposition. Hell, I hate them more than the Ku Klux Klan! That’s why I take great pleasure in seeing the transfer of power in the [...]
