GOP presidential hopeful Herman Cain says President Obama is “not a strong black man” in the mold of Martin Luther King Jr.

The former CEO of Godfather’s Pizza, who is the only black candidate among the major Republican hopefuls, expanded on his views about Obama in an interview with The New York Times magazine.

In the magazine’s “Talk” feature, Cain was asked about his statement at a Tea Party rally in March that the mainstream news media are “doubly scared that a real black man might run against Barack Obama.”

“A real black man is not timid about making the right decisions,” Cain tells the magazine. As for Obama, Cain goes on to say “it is documented that his mother was white and his father was from Africa. If he wants to call himself black, fine. If he wants to call himself African American, fine. I’m not going down this color road.”

I support president Obama. Cain needs to tape his lips together and go somewhere! ;)

Wow, and I thought that this black man a clue, until he opened his fool month. He blew it

Cain might as well run off and catch the Klan wagon he’s trying to pimp too.
(He states, unasked, that the president’s mother is white and his father is African)–but he’s not
going down the color road?!   What a piece of trash this man is.

And can I ask the obvious—is this ignoramus saying you can’t really be black if one of
your parents is white?  What kind of idiot boat did this man climb out of?  He would fold
like a cheap suit if he ever had to confront the President who has had to put up with more crap
than anyone who ever lived in the WH.  And I consider stronger than most mortals in his ability
not to lash out and call people like Cain EVERYTHING but a child of god.
